Hong Kong's iconic Nordic restaurant and bar celebrates its 8th anniversary this summer! Festivities will last for six months and will centre around Nordic inspirations and themes that influence FINDS. The restaurant has also created an Anniversary Classics Menu with a choice of 3, 4, or 5-course meals filled with delicious dishes such as Smoked Iceland Mackerel Mousse, Slow-Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek, Beetroot Risotto with Hazelnuts, Porcini Mushroom Broth, and Banana Toffee Pie.
